Time is running out!

Only a few foursomes are left for this year's Surf and Turf Golf Classic!  The golf tournament is September 8, 2005, 8 a.m. shot gun start

The Second Annual Surf and Turf Golf Classic will be held at the beautiful Bay Palms Golf Course at Mac Dill Air Force Base over looking Tampa Bay. Includes continental breakfast, cart, green fees, range balls and awards reception.
All proceeds benefit The Florida Aquarium.
Foursome: $450, Single Player $150. 
Pre – registration is required.
Call (813) 367-4016 to reserve your space.  For security purposes at the MacDill golf course, we will need the driver's license number for each golfer.  

The deadline to reserve your foursome is Thursday, September 1st at 5 p.m.

Hurricane Katrina

As reports of massive damage come in from the Gulf Coast, The Florida Aquarium anticipates many residents devastated by Hurricane Katrina will be in need and is extending a helping hand to our colleagues at The Audubon Aquarium of the Americas in New Orleans.  Many Aquarium of the Americas staff have lost everything.  In an effort to provide support for our friends in New Orleans, a donation box has been set up in The Florida Aquarium lobby to raise funds. 

Checks can be made out to The Florida Aquarium, Inc, for: Hurricane Relief Effort.  100% of donations will go directly to help employees and families who have suffered loss by Hurricane Katrina.
