Cooking and Gardening to Converge in Marin County
Willi Galloway, a garden writer and enthusiastic blogger from Seattle, Washington, notes that gardeners want to grow their own food, but don’t generally have time or the capacity to grow all of their own. Revitalization at the
Elizabeth Lawrence Garden
The Garden Conservancy’s ninth Marco Polo Stufano Fellow has just finished her stint at the Elizabeth Lawrence Garden in Charlotte, North Carolina, working in partnership with the Garden Conservancy and the Wing Haven Garden and Bird Sanctuary, which owns the property. Kathleen (Katie) Mullen’s nine-month term began last September. She reports considerable progress in caring for the garden, revitalizing parts of it, documenting the plant material, and helping to develop the garden as a horticultural study center. Read more >
