About USA Mortgage

USA Mortgage was founded in 2003 by Ray and Sheree Williams. Previously, Ray Williams owned and later sold Las Vegas Mortgage, Nevada's largest mortgage broker. For more than ten years, the Williams' have maintained mortgage offices continuously in Las Vegas, remaining a Top Ten Mortgage Company throughout this ten year period.

The Company currently has offices in Summerlin, Las Vegas, Henderson and Woodland Hills, California. Licensed to do business through a sister company, USA Mortgage can do mortgage loan origination in 37 states. Corporate offices are located in the prestigious Bank of Nevada Building at 7251 W. Lake Mead, Suite 100 in Las Vegas, NV 89128.

USA works with about one hundred fifty wholesale mortgage lenders, and adds new lenders as required, for a one-time $100 fee, paid by the requesting loan officer. Contact your supervisor for a current wholesale lender list. At present, the list is adjusting daily.

Approved Lender List (partial) 

USA Mortgage also contracts with independent contractor loan officers for mortgage origination. Currently, there are approximately 250 loan officers (some inactive at present) in three Las Vegas area offices. Net branches are an integral part of USA Mortgage's business planning, as well.
