Canned Food Drive

The Everybody's Tabernacle Mission Team is sponsoring a Canned Food Drive over the next three weeks. The week of March 2-6, a student bringing in 5 cans of food will receive a coupon to get a brownie during lunch on Friday.

The mission uses any type of canned goods, but is always in need of any canned vegetables, and canned meats. Last year they served over 900,000 meals! Our team has been serving suppers every other Wednesday since the beginning of January.

Over forty years ago, Everybody's Tabernacle started what has now become the Homeless Emergency Project (HEP). The HEP provides homeless people, homeless children, and low-income individuals and families with housing, food, clothing, and support services necessary to obtain self-sufficiency and improved quality of life (Information obtained from their website. http://everybodystabernacle.com/)
