Also, VA loans are not FICO driven and may exceed basic DTI requirements with a clever VA Loan Analysis calculation. Learn these important mortgage skills for the times when you have a veteran client.

23. Escrow and Title - Learn the ins and outs of escrow and title with this in depth course. Ever tried to figure if a loan is a purchase or a refinance? You'll never wonder again with this course.

25. Detect and Prevent Mortgage Fraud - This course should be required for all loan officers.
