Yes, it's full doc, but FHA provides cash outs to 95%, as well as purchases and rate and term loans to 97%. If you're not using FHA loans, you're missing some of the best products out there.
21. VA Loans - VA loans may be the best loan product out there provided your borrower has a military certificate of eligibility. VA loans provide financing to 100% and have no mortgage insurance at some of the best rates in the market. Also, VA loans are not FICO driven and may exceed basic DTI requirements with a clever VA Loan Analysis calculation. Learn these important mortgage skills for the times when you have a veteran client.
23. Escrow and Title - Learn the ins and outs of escrow and title with this in depth course. Ever tried to figure if a loan is a purchase or a refinance? You'll never wonder again with this course.
25. Detect and Prevent Mortgage Fraud - This course should be required for all loan officers. Learn the history of mortgage origination, and how the mortgage industry got to the difficult circumstances it now finds itself in. Learn what you can and CANNOT do in mortgage finance! Highly recommended.
