Guidance

Remember to check the Guidance Page for updates on Awards and Scholarship opportunities. For those applying for the Wendy’s Heisman Award, the deadline is October 1. http://www.cchs.us/Guidance/Scholarship%20&%20Awards.htm

This is the time of year when seniors are applying to college. If you need a transcript sent to the school to which you are applying, please print a transcript request, complete it entirely, and give it to Mrs. Peabody. CCHS prepares up to six transcripts with no charge. Subsequent transcripts are $2 each.

It would be good for all students to start their Brag Sheet. This will help underclassmen when it comes time to start the college application process to be able to remember what they did in the early high school years. Upperclassmen will need this information when applying for scholarships, writing your admission essays, and applying for various awards. http://www.cchs.us/Resources/Forms/brag_sheet.pdf
