Choir Preparing for
In preparation for their up-coming trip to New York City, the CCHS Chorus is hosting a fund-raising dinner on Tuesday, March 18. The cost of the dinner is $25 per person with proceeds going to the choir trip. The choir will be performing Broadway hits, and will also auction off services they will provide (for example, cleaning, yard-work, babysitting, etc.). The dinner is in the Church Lobby at 6:30 pm. North South Basketball Game
The first North/South Pinellas School Private School Senior All-Star Basketball Game is Saturday, March 15 @ 7:00 pm in the CCHS Gym ($3 adults; $1students). It will be a fun match-up to watch the best seniors in the county compete for the champion trophy.

Kudos Jesse Sherman & Theresa Linnert
Jesse Sherman nd Theresa Linnert have each been selected as one of MetroPCS 2008 Community Scholars. This award is based on community involvement and volunteer activities. Jesse and Theresa will be recognized at an event prior to the Tampa Bay Rays' Baseball game on Saturday, April 19.

Kudos Mallory McCoy
Mallory McCoy and her horse Brody competed at the HITS horse show in Ocala last weekend. They received a 1st and 4th place ribbon over fences, a 2nd place under saddle, and Reserve Champion overall. They were also awarded 4th place in the Marshall and Sterling Hunter Classic. She is trying to qualify for the Marshall and Sterling Finals held in Saugerties, New York, which takes place in September.

Calvary Idol
Calvary Idol is back! This year there will be opportunity for students with talent other than singing to participate. So, if you sing, play and instrument, juggle or have another talent, you may want to think about becoming the NEXT Calvary Idol. Student Government will be announcing guidelines over the next few weeks. Calvary Idol will be April 8-10. Tuesday and Wednesday will be activity schedule. Thursday night is the finale at 7:00 pm. Parents welcome to any performance.
