Precarn will collaborate with three iICT societies combining forces to create the AI/GI/CRV/IS 2007 Conference on May 27 - 30, 2007 to be held at the Marriott Montréal Chateau Champlain in Montréal, Québec. Opening Keynote Speaker will be Martin Walker, Chief Technology Officer of Artificial Mind and Movement (A2M), speaking on "What to do with all those wonderful CPU cycles? The future of gaming on new generation hardware."

| Precarn Welcomes New Vice President |

Precarn is pleased to announce that Grant Thomas has joined the management team as Vice President and has stepped down from the Board of Directors. Grant will focus on implementing Precarn's business plan as the company expands its collaborative research model into new strategic industrial sectors and strengthens its regional programming. As president of Canadian Artificial Intelligence Corporation, he was at the table when Precarn was originally incorporated and he is a long serving director and member of the IRIS Research Management Board. His consulting practice, Thomas International, concentrates on international development within the ICT sector and his recent engagements have taken him to Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, China, Kenya, Uganda and Turkey. He is a frequent chair of NSERC and NCE panels and he sits on the board of Willis College.
Congratulations to Graham Taylor on his retirement from Precarn in April. Graham was a highly valued member of the Precarn team for nearly seven years, acting as Director of Business Development and more recently Vice President, External Relations. “Graham played a key role in raising the visibility of Precarn in the S&T community in Canada, including at all levels of government. His contributions will be missed,” says Paul Johnston, President & CEO of Precarn. With many personal goals to pursue, Graham is exploring ideas about the future and looking forward to enjoying time with his family.
