Precarn will collaborate with three iICT societies combining forces to create the AI/GI/CRV/IS 2007 Conference on May 27 - 30, 2007 to be held at the Marriott Montréal Chateau Champlain in Montréal, Québec. Four conferences in one ... participants will be able to create their personal custom conference by choosing program elements among the four parallel conferences of AI 2007, GI 2007, CRV 2007, and IS 2007. The conference program is full with topics you must see, from renowned speakers, workshops, and special sessions to a celebration of research excellence in Canada.

FIRST Robotics Canada inspires Canadian pre-university students to develop the science, engineering, technology and teamwork skills that are absolutely vital to success in today’s knowledge-based global economy and to pursue further studies in these areas. Some 5,000 Canadian students now participate in FIRST’s programs which are growing rapidly each year.

| Precarn Collaborates on Fund for Environmental Technologies |

OCETA (Ontario Centre for Environmental Technology Advancement), Ontario Centres of Excellence and Precarn Incorporated have come together to accelerate the commercialization of Canadian-made environmental technologies that will take advantage of incorporating intelligent systems. Each organization has committed up to $300,000 to fund pre-commercial R&D efforts of small- and medium-sized companies in Ontario. Companies with between 5 and 50 employees and revenues between $500,000 and $10 million are eligible to apply through OCETA. Successful projects are expected to also go through third party verification of the developed technology according to protocols in place with ETV Canada.
